Attorney Giscard Rojas is the founder and managing member of Giscard Rojas Law Firm, P.L. Before opening his own firm he practiced at an immigration firm, a large defense firm, and a boutique international and immigration law firm. He received his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University in Political Science with a concentration in foreign and international politics. He also minored in Caribbean Studies and studied abroad at the University of Sussex in England. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers School of Law-Newark and is admitted to the Florida Bar.
At Rutgers University he was an active participant in the Global Legal studies program which allowed him to take courses in international law. Attorney Rojas interned for an international human rights organization, for the Rutgers Constitutional Litigation Clinic, and for the Honorable Judge Linda Ann Wells of the Third District Court of Appeals of Florida.
Attorney Giscard Rojas is fluent in English and Spanish.
